Introduction

Welcome to 288pak. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and 288pak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 288pak website, mobile interface, gaming platform, sports betting services, live dealer casino, and all associated features, content, and services made available through 288pak.

By accessing the 288pak platform, creating a member account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. Eligibility & Registration

Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

288pak reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the identity, age, address, and payment source of any member at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Account Responsibility

Each member is solely and entirely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and use of their 288pak account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity carried out through your 288pak account while your credentials are in use — whether by you personally or by any other person who has accessed your account with or without your knowledge — will be treated as activity carried out by you and will be your sole responsibility. 288pak accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 288pak support immediately via the 24/7 live chat service. 288pak will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. Members are advised to enable two-factor authentication and to use a strong, unique password for their 288pak account at all times.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 288pak platform at all times complies with these Terms and with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 288pak does not provide legal advice and does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that your participation is lawful.

Deposits & Withdrawals

288pak processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Members may deposit and withdraw funds using the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and 288pak reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal and account review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published within the 288pak account cashier section. These limits may be subject to change.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, subject to anti-money-laundering compliance requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 288pak may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• 288pak reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your 288pak account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take a few minutes. Processing times are subject to the operating status of the relevant payment provider.

288pak does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made through standard approved payment methods. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside 288pak's control and are your sole responsibility.

In the event that a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed by a member through their payment provider, 288pak reserves the right to void any winnings associated with that deposit, close the member's account, and pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn by the member in connection with the disputed deposit through all available legal means.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 288pak offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 288pak promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Members must read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before opting in.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, matched betting using 288pak bonuses, and multi-accounting for bonus accumulation, constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.
• 288pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where the offer has been published in error or where the terms have been misrepresented by a third party.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

Betting Rules

All bets, wagers, and game plays placed on the 288pak platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each game or sport, as published within the relevant section of the platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting rules apply across all 288pak products:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 288pak system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.
• 288pak reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error that resulted in the offer of terms that would not otherwise have been made available.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, the decision of 288pak's trading and games team shall be final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all betting products and are published within the relevant sports book or casino section of the platform. Winnings in excess of published limits will be paid only up to the stated maximum.

Prohibited Conduct

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one 288pak account, whether under your own name, a false name, or in collusion with another person.

• Money Laundering: Using the 288pak platform in any way that facilitates the laundering of funds derived from illegal activity. 288pak is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language or behaviour toward 288pak staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, images, audio-visual material, and other intellectual property made available on or through the 288pak platform is owned by or licensed to 288pak and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 288pak name and logo are registered trademarks of the platform operator.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 288pak platform for their own personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the 288pak platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any 288pak software or application.
• Use the 288pak name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any 288pak content or intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of 288pak intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable laws. 288pak will actively enforce its intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288pak and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 288pak platform, even if 288pak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof, whether due to technical maintenance, system failure, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements.
• Any errors in game software, data feeds, or displayed odds that result from technical faults, provided that 288pak acts promptly to void affected bets where such errors are identified.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

288pak's total liability to any member in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their 288pak account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 288pak's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the membership agreement and close the member's account at any time.

Closure by the Member: You may request closure of your 288pak account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and verification requirements.

Closure by 288pak: 288pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account restriction or closure.
• The member has failed to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.

Where an account is closed by 288pak due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. 288pak will notify the member of account closure where it is safe and appropriate to do so, but reserves the right to close accounts without advance notice where immediate action is required.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 288pak holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of any dispute between a member and 288pak, the member is encouraged to first contact the 288pak customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. The support team will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, members may escalate their complaint through the 288pak formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 288pak will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive written response within 14 business days of receiving all information required to assess the complaint.

Where a formal complaint remains unresolved to the member's satisfaction following 288pak's final written response, the member may seek independent adjudication through the applicable dispute resolution body as designated under 288pak's operating licence framework.

Amendments to These Terms

288pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a member — 288pak will provide advance notice of no less than 7 days via the registered email address associated with your account and/or through a prominent notice published on the 288pak platform.

Minor amendments, including but not limited to corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates required by regulatory changes, may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 288pak platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
